As a key component of your investment in your future at Louisville, we offer need-based tuition assistance, academic merit-based scholarships, and payment plans.

Payment Plans

Louisville High School offers three payment plans. These options give families flexibility in meeting their financial obligations to the School.

Register for a FACTS Tuition Payment Plan

  • Full Payment Option

    The full payment is due in July prior to the ensuing school year. This option requires participation in the FACTS Management Company’s automatic withdrawal program. As a participant in this option, you may choose to have withdrawals from a checking or savings account. There is no enrollment fee for this option.
  • Monthly Payment Option

    The entire tuition is paid in ten equal installments due July through
    April. This option requires participation in the FACTS Management Company’s automatic withdrawal program. As a participant in this option, you may choose to have withdrawals from a checking or savings account. FACTS charges a one-time enrollment fee.
  • Semester Payment Option

    The entire tuition is paid in two equal installments due July and
    December. This option requires participation in the FACTS Management Company’s automatic withdrawal program. As a participant in this option, you may choose to have withdrawals from a checking or savings account. FACTS charges a one-time enrollment fee.

Tuition Assistance

It is our goal to make a Louisville education financially possible for every admitted student. Tuition assistance and scholarships can be a key component of your investment in your future at Louisville. Louisville High School offers need-based tuition assistance as well as academic scholarships and academic merit-based awards.

How to Apply for Tuition Assistance

The process of applying for tuition assistance begins by completing the FACTS Grant & Aid application online.  Tuition assistance applications will be available in early October. Families who receive tuition assistance are required to re-apply each year. The application deadline is December 7, 2018. Late applications will be considered only if funds are still available. 
 

Scholarship Opportunities

Louisville Scholarships

Applicants wishing to be considered for scholarships MUST take the High School Placement Test (H.S.P.T.) on the Louisville campus on January 26, 2019.

No scholarship application is required for the following three scholarships:

The St. Louis of France Scholarship for the class of 2023 is a renewable scholarship awarded to incoming 9th graders based on strong High School Placement Test scores, an essay written on the day of the H.S.P.T., Junior High School transcripts and recommendations.  
The recipients MUST maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA and be in good standing during their four years at Louisville in order for the scholarship to be renewable.

The Presidential Scholarship
 for the class of 2023 is a renewable scholarship awarded to incoming 9th graders who have achieved a strong score on the High School Placement Test, earned A’s and B’s in 7th and 8th grade and are in good standing at their current school.  

The Louisville Legacy Scholarship
 for the class of 2023 is a renewable $1000.00 scholarship awarded to accepted students whose mother, grandmother, great-grandmother or legal guardian graduated from Louisville High School.

A scholarship application and the Principal's Recommendation Form 
(below) are due in the school office ALONG WITH APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSIONS no later than Friday, December 7, 2018 by 12:00 pm.

The Performing Arts Scholarship
is a non-renewable scholarship awarded to incoming 9th graders who have demonstrated outstanding talent in Drama, Voice or Dance.  An application must be completed by Friday, December 7, 2018. Auditions will be held for scholarship applicants on Thursday, January 31, 2019 in the late afternoon.  

The Visual Arts Scholarship
is a non-renewable scholarship awarded to incoming 9th graders who have demonstrated outstanding talent in the visual arts. An application must be completed by Friday, December 7, 2018 and a portfolio and artist’s statement must be completed and turned into Louisville no later than January 11, 2019.

     $500  Technology Fee per student

     $500  Fundraising Fee per family (includes two tickets to QUEST dinner and auction)
   $1,000  Louisville Fund suggested per family (tax-deductible)
