The visit included hearing opening arguments, watching Ms. Salz provide legal counsel to defendants, and meeting with Judge Jesic in his courtroom. District Attorney Jane Creighton addressed the group to tell them about her job as a prosecutor, and the Bailiff discussed his role as they toured the holding cell area. Louisville's Focus Program truly appreciates their time and the way they communicated the compassionate side of their jobs while ensuring our legal system is carried out fairly.
