Thank you for being a meaningful part of our first ever Dads Club Chili Cook-Off! With 17 cooks and close to 200 attendees, our first year was a huge success. The event was surrounded by warm fellowship and a celebratory atmosphere that brought together past, present and future families and friends of Louisville.
Many people came together to make the day a success and we sincerely appreciate your dedication and commitment to Louisville. We owe a debt of gratitude to our event chairs, Paul Bolger, father of Annie '21, and Rick Semsch, grandfather of Riley '20. Thank you to our generous sponsors, donors, event chairs, volunteers, judges and of course, our cooks. All of your support helps build the type of community that Louisville is known for.
From the eclectic sounds of Mr. Tom Lavin to the surprise judging from the Fire Department from Station 105, the day was filled with excitement. Congratulations to all of our winners who truly brought the heat – Hunka Chili Love, Nonna’s Chili, El Hefe and Clubhouse Chili.
We can’t wait until next year!
