What are the dates and times of Camp Louisville?

Camp Louisville is a day camp running from 9 am to 3 pm. It includes three individual, week-long sessions running from Monday, June 16th through Friday, July 11th, excluding Juneteenth and the week of Independence Day.

What should I wear to Camp Louisville?

Campers should wear comfortable summer clothes with closed-toed shoes. All campers will receive a Camp Louisville t-shirt on their first day, which they have the option to wear.

Q: What is the price of Camp Louisville?

Our fees vary by week. Week 1 (4 days) is $280 due to the Juneteenth observance. Week 2 (5 days) is $350. Week 3, featuring designing, building, and programming robots, is $700.

Q: Are refunds possible?

Tuition and fees are non-refundable. The summer camp budget, staffing, and supplies are based on the number of participants enrolled.

Throughout the week, campers will get the chance to practice leadership skills and uncover strategies to help build confidence and improve communication. Take a week to explore art in its many different versions and forms. From the canvas to the stage and everything in between! Creativity Week introduces campers to a wide variety of forms of visual and performing arts.

July 7-11: Engineering/Robotics ($700)

Looking for a STEM camp that truly challenges and offers an unrivaled science experience? Our campers will learn basic coding and engineering practices as they build structures and robots. Then they will put their creations to the test in exciting projects using a virtual robot and a Lego™ puppy robot. The week will culminate with a Robotics competition using the robots built in this class. Come create, ideate, and iterate with us!

The Engineering/Robotics session is priced higher than the other Camp Louisville offerings because equipment needed to build and program robots includes costly supplies such as computers, software, and hardware, as well as maintenance of these supplies. Additionally, this course is being taught by a faculty member with professional expertise in designing, building, coding, and engineering coupled with teaching experience.
