Coach Dina McBride

Coach Dina has over 40 years playing and coaching experience. She was a highly ranked Socal national junior player and received a full scholorship to The University of San Diego. She graduated '95 with a BA in Communications and a minor in Business Adminstration. On the WTA circuit, Dina received world rankings in singles and doubles.

Over the last 20 years, she has won over 25 gold balls (national championships) in every adult age division. She started her teaching career at Calabasas Tennis and Swim Club then moved to The Director of Tennis at The Paseo Club in Valencia. She currently teaches at The Malibu Racquet Club where she specializes in adult clinics and private lessons for all ages. She is certified as an Elite USPTA Tennis Professional and has taught all levels of the game. 

Last season was Dina's first season at Louisville. She will continue to lay a stong foundation where she strives to win a CIF Championship. Dina is married to Desi McBride (who is also a tennis instructor). They have 3 kids and their youngest Chloe a recent graduate of LVHS '24 won the league championship for 2 consecutive years. Chloe made history as the only player to achieve this in the school's inception.
