Coach Joshua Giron

Coach Joshua brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of passion to the sand courts of Louisville's beach volleyball program. Discovering his love for volleyball relatively late in his high school years, Joshua made an immediate impact, leading Sylmar Charter High School to a Division 1 championship in his junior year. Continuing his volleyball journey at Pierce College, Joshua embraced the challenge of collegiate competition, showcasing his skills as an outside/opposite-hitter during his freshman season and is poised to return for another year.

He has served as a coach for the Sunshine Volleyball program starting in February of 2024, nurturing talent and instilling the values of teamwork and sportsmanship in players across the 14s and 17s age groups. As a registered coach with USA Volleyball and SCVA, Joshua upholds the highest standards of coaching excellence.
