Louisville High School welcomes the opportunity to consider for admission those students who wish to transfer schools to complete their high school career. Louisville offers a small, inclusive, caring environment accompanied by challenging academics and offering a variety of extra-curricular activities. Our Athletics, Performing and Visual Arts, Campus Ministry, Focus Programs and leadership opportunities help to set our graduates apart as women of confidence, service, accomplishment and compassion.
Transfer applications are generally considered for 9th and 10th grade students, however students above the 10th grade are occasionally admitted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Admissions Office for further information if you wish to be considered for transfer into the 11th or 12th grades.

"Although I have only been here since the beginning of this year, Louisville has given me so many opportunities and I genuinely believe this school has changed me as a person. Since coming to Louisville, I have gained enormous confidence in myself, both in the classroom and in everyday life. I have found my best friends here, who are supportive and kind, and truly represent what Louisville and this community is all about. The teachers and staff are incredible, and they were so accommodating to me when I transferred. This community was so welcoming to me when I transferred, and I have truly found a home here, despite the fact that I have only been here for 9 months."

“Attending Louisville has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I transferred to Louisville Sophomore year and I firmly believe that was the best choice I could have made for myself. Louisville has this incredibly supportive environment between the teachers, the administrators, and the students. I have made meaningful and strong relationships here that I will forever be grateful for. Louisville has helped me grow not only in my education, but spiritually and emotionally as well. I highly recommend applying to Louisville as you will have the opportunity to grow and mature as a whole person."

“My experience at Louisville has been nothing but magical and it has shown me how much of a family and a sisterhood Louisville is. Making the decision to transfer to Louisville in the middle of the year wasn’t easy but I knew that was exactly what I needed to do and what was best for me…When I shadowed at Louisville I was extremely scared and nervous but those nerves quickly went away the second I stepped foot on campus…”
