Congratulations & Welcome to Louisville!
We are so excited that you’re about to begin this new chapter. Starting high school is a big milestone, and it’s completely normal to feel a mix of excitement, curiosity, and maybe even a few butterflies. That just means you’re stepping into something new and full of possibility.
High school is a time to explore who you are and who you want to become. You’ll meet new friends, discover new interests, join teams and clubs, take on new challenges, and grow in ways you might not even expect. You’ll have opportunities to try things for the first time, whether that’s a sport, a performance, a leadership role, or a class that sparks a future career idea.
As your school counselors, we're here for all of it. We're here to support you academically, socially, and emotionally. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure about classes, excited about goals, or just need someone to talk to, our doors are always open. No problem is too small, and no dream is too big.
