Student Government

The ASB (Associated Student Body) is the entire Student Body of Louisville High School. The Officers of the ASB are nine young women who are elected by the student body in the spring to serve during the following year.

The ASB is responsible for planning events throughout the school year to promote unity, fun, excitement, involvement, and spirit for the student body as well as the faculty. These young ladies work with the Administration, the ASB Moderators, the Class Officers, Clubs, and Homeroom Representatives to both plan and carry out activities. Some of the major activities this year include The Welcome Back Dance, the Father-Daughter Dance, Pep Rallies, attending Games of the Week to support our sport teams, Retro Recess, award Spirit Points, Thanksgiving Pie after the Thanksgiving Liturgy, Valentine Exchange with Crespi, Freshmen Sleepover, the MORP Dance, plus many smaller activities to spirit and unity at its max. These young women meet at least once a week to stay organized, meet once a month with the Administration to discuss ideas and get approval, and then report these ideas at the Student Council Forum, which also meets monthly to discuss upcoming events.
