QUEST and the Fundraising Fee

QUEST, which is an acronym for Quality Unsurpassed and Education Sustained by Tradition, is Louisville’s most important fundraiser of the school year. Proceeds from QUEST are used for financial aid. Financial aid is critically important as it enables all qualified students who desire a Louisville education to avail of one. Each year, a large number of students from low-income families apply to Louisville. Our goal is to be in a position to help all of them through financial aid.

Upon registration, each Louisville family agrees to pay a mandatory fundraising fee of $400 per year in two installments, one in October and the other in February.  Upon payment of the first $200 in October, every family is entitled to two tickets to QUEST, our parent dinner dance and auction. Invitations to QUEST will be mailed in early October. 

Gift Wrap/Magazine Drive

The Gift Wrap/Magazine Drive is held in September.  Parents have the opportunity to purchase gift wrap and gift items, as well as subscribe to or renew a large selection of magazines.  Louisville receives 50% of the total sales.

Mother-Daughter Luncheon and Fashion Show

This event is a wonderful Louisville tradition which will be held annually in April.  Louisville moms and daughters, guardians, aunts and grandparents come together and celebrate what makes Louisville so unique and special, enjoy a delicious lunch, shopping and, of course, fashion modeling by members of the senior class..

Annual Golf Classic

Louisville holds a golf tournament each year on the fourth Monday in April.  This year, the tournament will be held at North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village in May.  The golf classic is a great way to enjoy a day playing golf with many other Louisville parents, alumnae parents and friends.

Parents Guild

The Parents Guild, in conjunction with the Development Office, sponsors QUEST, usually held in November, and the annual Mother/Daughter Luncheon and Fashion Show, which is usually held in the spring.

Dads Club

The Dads Club is a social group for Louisville dads, and sponsors several annual events in conjunction with the Development Office and Assistant Principal for Student Activities. Student such as Night at the Races, Movie Night and a Poker Tournament.The Dads Club also sponsors BBQs on campus for the students and faculty.
